Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 170 residential properties. Lead, support and develop a team of two Property Managers. Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a professional and responsive service. Oversee property maintenance issues, coordinating contractors and ensuring works are completed efficiently. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation. Manage tenancy renewals, notices and end-of-tenancy processes.
