Support Worker Epilepsy and Complex Needs Location: Maghull / Sefton Hours: Part-time or full-time About the Role We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to support a young person with epilepsy and complex needs in the Maghull/Sefton area. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred care Assist sensitively with personal care Support with epilepsy management and follow care plans Assist with communication, sensory needs and mobility Help with daily routines within the home and local community Maintain accurate notes and follow safeguarding procedures Essential Requirements Strong English language skills (spoken and written) to ensure clear communication with the individual, family and professionals Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy Experience working with complex needs or learning disabilities Patient, caring and professional approach Ability to work independently and remain calm in challenging situations Desirable Skills and Training Epilepsy rescue medication training Manual handling training Experience working in a family home Driving licence (advantage but not essential) If you are dedicated and passionate about providing care and support families, please apply for this role.
