This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage export shipments end-to-end, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently, compliantly, and in line with international regulations.Key Responsibilities for an Air Export Clerk:Coordinate the full export process, ensuring shipments are moved efficiently and in accordance with company and regulatory requirementsPrepare and check all export documentation including airway bills, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarationsArrange bookings with airlines and third-party carriers, securing competitive rates where requiredLiaise with warehouse teams to ensure cargo is handled and dispatched promptlyAct as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving any operational queriesEnsure full compliance with all export regulations, including CAA and international customs requirementsTrack shipments throughout transit, keeping both internal teams and clients informedIdentify and resolve any issues such as delays, documentation discrepancies, or customs challengesMaintain accurate records and produce reports to support operational and compliance requirementsKey Skills for an Air Export Clerk:Proven experience within air export operations or freight forwardingStrong knowledge of export documentation,
