This project is a crucial element of the organisation''s wider two-year transformative programme affecting the finance, HR, and IT departments. The process of change has been kicked off by the Chief Executive Officer, and has involved some rebranding of the business, a change in their contractual terms with the financial services clients, and changes in how their fees are changed. The HCM system / workday project has been part of this change process, and has been intended to improve how HR and finance engages with the business, as well as enabling more agility for staff and introducing HR self service capabilities.
