Sous Chef Proven experience with Vegan and Healthy optionsStock management including ordering stock from appointed suppliers and price-checking suppliers regularlyDetailed food and allergies knowledgeGeneral kitchen and bar dutiesMaintaining kitchens, stock and equipment with high cleaning standardsPreparing food Your skills: Previous experience as a sous Exceptional communication and presentational skillsAn ability to think on your feet whilst under pressure and maintaining a positive outlookExcellent attention to detailBe fully accountable for the performance of our food serviceEnsure excellent presentation, cleanliness and hygieneProven passion for working in a fast-paced environment A desire to keep learning and help out wherever needed.
