You''ll lead with your wet trade expertise while also supporting wider multi-trade tasks to ensure high-quality, well-rounded repairs. You''ll deliver a reliable, resident-focused service with a focus on first-time fixes and professional standards. What You''ll Do Carry out wet trade works including plastering, rendering, screeding, patch repairs, skimming, and making good following maintenance works. Support multi-trade repairs including: Wall and floor tiling Basic plumbing repairs 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Painting and decorating to a professional standard Prepare surfaces and complete finishing works to a high standard.
