Based at their Central Production Kitchen in East London, you''ll play a key role in producing exceptional food before taking your skills on-site to deliver outstanding service at some of London''s most prestigious venues.This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety that comes with high-end events and luxury catering.The Role:- Work from the East London Central Production Kitchen preparing food to the highest standards.- Travel to prestigious venues across London to oversee and finish service for events.- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.- Lead and motivate junior chefs while maintaining exceptional food quality.- Ensure food safety, hygiene and presentation standards are consistently met.- Deliver first-class food for weddings, corporate events, private functions and luxury hospitality.What We''re Looking For:- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in an events, catering or high-volume hospitality environment.- Events and catering experience is highly desirable.- A passion for producing exceptional food and delivering memorable guest experiences.- ..... full job details .....
