About the Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education for children, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities that support children''s learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children''s progress.
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive.
• Support children''s personal, social, and emotional development.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of childcare.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Previous nursery experience is essential.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, caring, and professional approach.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required.

An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the DBS Update Service is mandatory for this role. Successful applicants will also be subject to satisfactory references and other pre-employment checks.
