– London (Hybrid) – Permanent, Full-TimeOur client is looking for a Head of LandD to lead their learning strategy, design impactful programs, and help employees grow. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, oversee their LMS, and ensure learning initiatives deliver real results.Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global learning strategy (formal, informal, experiential)Design and deliver engaging programs: coaching, workshops, online coursesPartner with senior leaders to align learning with business goalsTrack and measure learning impact and ROISupport leadership development and high-performance teamsLead learning initiatives for company-wide eventsQualifications
