Pupil Services Receptionist - Long term temporary assignment to start September 2025Job Type: Full-time (Term-Time Only) Monday - FridayLocation: Academy East LondonSalary: £15 per hourWe are seeking a dedicated Pupil Services Receptionist on a long-term basis with the potential for extension. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service to our academy community.Day-to-day of the role: Greet and welcome visitors in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and organised space.Perform various administrative duties as required to support academy operations.Serve as a First Aider within the academy following appropriate training.Work 36 hours per week, from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, during term-time plus one additional week for INSET days.There may be opportunities to work extra hours during school holidays to staff reception or assist with other tasks, as well as to help with after-school events during term times.Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience in a reception or front-of-house role is preferred.A friendly and professional demeanour.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.First Aid certification or willingness to undergo trainingWHOLE SCHOOL RECRUITMENT vetting will be completed on the successfu
