Working alongside an experienced Head of Building Safety and a close-knit technical team, you will play a key oversight role, supporting investigations, advising on remediation, reviewing evidence for safety funding routes, working with legal teams on compliance matters and ensuring the accuracy of the Golden Thread across multiple buildings. You''ll also collaborate with fire safety, portfolio management, and external consultants to ensure safe and compliant delivery. Travel is minimal, limited to occasional visits to major cities throughout the year, with all expenses fully covered.
