This is a practical, hands-on role involving the nationwide installation of bespoke GRP systems, including riser flooring, platforms, pit covers, and access structures.We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong site background who takes pride in safe, accurate work and wants to develop their skills within a growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall GRP riser flooring, platforms, pit covers, and access structuresRead and interpret site plans, drawings, and method statementsAccurately cut, fit, and assemble materials to project specificationsSet out risers and complete installations to a high-quality standardSupport daily site operations, reporting to the Site Supervisor or Site ManagerMaintain tools, equipment, and PPE in line with company proceduresFollow all Health and Safety regulations, including PUWER and LOLERReport progress, highlight any defects, and communicate supply requirementsMaintain excellent housekeeping and organisation on siteParticipate in training and work towards NVQ Level 2 qualificationRequirementsPrevious hands-on experience in construction or site-based installationExperience with GRP materials or access flooring systems (advantageous)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layout plansWillingness to tra
