Due to a long-serving member of the team moving on, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations and Property Manager to take ownership of a supported housing portfolio and lead a small maintenance function. The Role This is a varied and autonomous position that combines property operations, maintenance management, compliance oversight and team leadership. Working closely with colleagues across housing and support services, you will ensure properties remain safe, compliant, cost-effective and maintained to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day operations across a supported housing portfolio. Leading and supporting a small in-house maintenance team. Overseeing reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes. Managing contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and value for money.
