Working across 3 sites in West London. The Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer role will involve planned and reactive maintenance. The Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer role will involve maintaining building services systems, completing PPMs, attending reactive issues and ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently and to a high standard. The Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer responsibilities include:Carry out planned preventative maintenanceAttend reactive maintenance issues and building repairsService, maintain and fault-find mechanical and MandE systemsCarry out routine inspections Complete job reports, log books, maintenance records etcMonitor plant rooms and site equipmentComplete scheduled works on timeLiaise professionally with clients, tenants and contractors on siteThe Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer will need:Experience in building services maintenanceExperience working with mechanical and MandE systemsRelevant and up to date qualificationsGood fault finding and maintenance skillsExperience carrying out a range of PPM dutiesThe Static Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer salary is 40-50k depending on experience ..... full job details .....
