They are on the hunt for a SAP S4/Hana Finance professional with hands on experience in the following - Strong experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant, including Lead role experienceProven delivery experience on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementationsDeep functional knowledge of core Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)Strong understanding of Fit-to-Standard and SAP Best PracticesExperience leading workshops with business stakeholdersAbility to manage teams and workstreams in a structured delivery environmentSAP Activate methodology experienceExperience running SAP projects using SAP ALM tools (SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager)Strong understanding of ALM-supported processes across:Fit-to-StandardBuild and configurationTesting (SIT/UAT)Defect and release managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirableExperience working with UK Local Government or Public Sector organisationsUnderstanding of Local Government finance processes, controls, and reporting requirementsExperience working in regulated or audit-driven environmentsIntegration knowledge with other SAP modules or third-party systemsExperience supporting data migration and finance cutoverPrior consulting or system integrator backgroundCertificationsSAP S/4HANA Finance certification (essential or highly desirable)SAP S/4
