The Role As a Mixed Tax Manager, you ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing both compliance and advisory services across corporate and personal tax. You ll play a key role in developing client relationships, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the growth of the firm s tax offering. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals, delivering both corporate and personal tax services. Reviewing and finalising corporation tax and personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with UK tax legislation. Providing advisory support on areas such as capital allowances, RandD tax relief, inheritance tax planning, and business structuring. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic tax planning advice tailored to their needs. Supporting and mentoring junior tax staff, reviewing their work, and assisting with training and development. Working closely with partners to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm s growth.
