Business Development Manager This established, expanding construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its construction division. Due to continued growth, this is a new strategic role to increase market share, secure high-value construction projects and build long-term relationships with clients across the construction industry. The Role: You''ll take ownership of business development across the construction business, identifying new project opportunities and creating sustainable growth within both existing and new contacts.You will be responsible for developing relationships with developers, architects and end users to secure new projects, including commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure and public sector developments. You''ll lead the commercial aspects of major opportunities, from identifying projects and qualifying leads through to tender submissions, commercial negotiations and successful appointment. You will also be responsible for managing and developing an internal sales executives, mentoring and helping them grow the business.
