Head of Clinical Services (Female Applicants Only)

Overview
We are seeking a visionary Head of Clinical Services with a deep passion for survivor-centred healing to lead the strategic development and implementation of our therapeutic services. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and culturally responsive services that centre the needs of women and girls surviving violence against women and girls (VAWG).You will be an experienced clinical professional (BACP/UKCP accredited) and qualified supervisor with a proven track record in service delivery and team leadership. With a strong understanding of trauma, VAWG, and culturally responsive practice, you\''ll be a feminist leader dedicated to anti-oppressive, inclusive approaches and the empowerment of survivors.Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and implementation of therapeutic services, ensuring high-quality, survivor-centred care.Ensure delivery of safe, culturally responsive services that meet the needs of women and girls affected by VAWG.Provide clinical leadership as a senior member of the leadership team and contribute to organisation-wide strategy.About WGN
