This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced building, construction or mechanical and electrical professional to lead planned maintenance projects, oversee programme delivery and ensure projects are completed to the required standards, within agreed timescales and budgets. Key Duties Lead the project management of complex and large-scale planned maintenance projects, ensuring delivery to agreed time, quality and budget targets. Ensure planned maintenance services are delivered in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, legislation and good practice. Brief consultants and contractors, negotiate appointments and establish clear project requirements. Develop realistic project timetables and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are achieved without compromising quality. Undertake feasibility studies and option appraisals, monitor project costs and prepare financial reports and spreadsheets. Identify, assess and manage project risks, maintaining risk registers and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
