ServiceNow Service Manager VP Level Permanent - CSDM, ITSM, ITIL, ServiceNow Development - Hybrid Our FX Settlements client is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis (VP Level.) Job Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight and ownership for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform Provides expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform and integration design to meet business requirements. Work directly with customers to understand business requirements for ServiceNow platform. Manage ServiceNow vendor relationship and developers. Provide knowledge of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concepts and best practices. Summary of Qualifications: Advanced experience in configuring/implementing/developing ServiceNow functionality across ServiceNow modules (cross-platform) Technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM functional area Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and concepts Experience designing business functions, processes and information flow within ServiceNow or between ServiceNow and other business systems Experience implementing ServiceNow upgrades and patches, knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and patching process Experience managing ServiceNow code changes in update sets and promoting and applying update sets across instances, Knowledge in ServiceNow Development and Administration techniques Experience implementing integrations of ServiceNo
