What You''ll Be Doing

Owning and developing the content strategy for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)Creating engaging and on-brand visual and written content to build audience engagement and brand awarenessIndependently designing Google ads, flyers, and digital assets using in-house toolsManaging updates and content creation for the company website (WordPress)Working closely with externa marketing agencyMonitoring performance metrics and optimising content for lead generation and reach

What We''re Looking For

Proven experience in a marketing or social media role - this could be agency-based, in-house, freelance, or even managing digital content for a club/society and/or a relevant qualificationConfidence across multiple social platforms with an understanding of what works whereA proactive and imaginative thinker who can work independently and bring new ideas to the tableSomeone who thrives on variety and enjoys working with different brandsFull UK driving licence (due to occasional travel across group sites)
