Marketing Assistant Location: Windsor Recruitment Agency: CTR Select Salary: £30,000 per annum. CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of a local client for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join their established marketing team in Windsor. Office based working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across digital marketing, social media, content creation, graphic design, PR and events. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help deliver engaging marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency and support marketing activity across the wider business. Key Responsibilities Create, design and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, advertisements and digital content. Manage social media activity, including creating, writing and scheduling engaging posts using Sprout Social or similar platforms. Maintain and update website content, working alongside external digital agencies. Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC and online content. Liaise with external design, marketing and web agencies to coordinate projects and meet deadlines. Support marketing events, new location launches and promotional activity. Produce press releases and identify PR opportunities. Work with HR and Recruitment teams on recruitment marketing campaigns and materials. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
