About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our growing team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading day-to-day financial operations.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, and delivering accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis to senior management.
• Support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
