Your Role as an Internal Sales Team-Leader:

• You''ll be office based in Wednesbury, working in tandem with the rest of the team.
• Helping to coordinate the sales team (2) and their workflow and KPI''s.
• Managing customer relationships within Trades and Merchant accounts.
• Coaching and developing the sales team and implementing positive changes.
• Liaise with the Marketing, NAM, and RSM teams.
• A Monday - Friday role, 35 hours per week with 1 hour lunch.

Ideal Background for the Internal Sales Team-Leader Position:

• You''ll need to have worked in a sales office before and have had some sort of team leadership.
• Ideally from a Technical sales background, but any B2B sales experience will be considered.
• You''ll be confident and outgoing who enjoy speaking to people.
• Approachable so the team can come to you.
• Able to look longer term; the interview process involves presenting a 30 - 60 - 90 sales plan.
• Commutable to Wednesbury.
• Right to work in the UK indefinitely.
