If you''re looking for a busy and varied role this opportunity could be perfect for youKey ResponsibilitiesPreparing and typing of legal documents and correspondence including bills of costs and completion statements Assisting with the management with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing files (freehold and leasehold)Able to complete Local Authority , Chancel and other relevant pre - exchange searches Preparing contract packs and other legal documentationProcessing the conveyancing process in an efficient , accurate and timely mannerLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitorsDrafting legal correspondence and supporting documentsHandling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsProviding general administrative support to fee earnersRequirementsPrevious experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Assistant in a Residential Property/Conveyancing Team is essentialProficient in Microsoft Office and conveyancing case management systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Proven time management skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritise ..... full job details .....
