exceptional Senior Scientist

to join our multidisciplinary team and help shape the models and metrics powering our nature intelligence platform.What you’ll do:Develop innovative

models and metrics

informed by cutting-edge scienceTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for customersCollaborate with delivery managers, engineers, and product teams in

cross-functional squadsSpeak with experts across disciplines and rapidly turn scientific knowledge into scalable solutionsCommunicate your science in a clear and compelling way to both customers and non-expertsWhat we’re looking for:PhD or Master’s with

3+ years’ experience

in applied modelling, data science, or spatial analysisFluency in

Python , including geospatial packagesStrong communicator, able to distil complex topics for non-specialist audiencesA collaborative, kind teammate passionate about

sustainability and impactBonus points for experience with

cloud computing, GitHub, and cross-disciplinary teamsWhat you’ll get:Competitive salary +
