Ideal Candidate:Experience working with children or young people with SEND is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.Able to maintain a calm, patient, and adaptable approach in challenging situations.Comfortable supporting students with personal care needs, including toileting and feeding.Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, and relevant education policies is a plus.Essential Requirements:Willingness to travel to Ashford and commute up to an hour if needed.A strong work ethic and a passion for supporting students with special educational needs.Must have, or be willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS (child workforce) on the update service.
