CNC Setter/Operator Wigston (LE18) Rotating Shift (details below) £19p/hr (£15.70p/hr during initial training) Urgent: Full Time We are looking for experienced CNC setter/operators who are looking to expand their skills, learn new machines and can commit to a rotating shift within a busy and aerospace company in Wigston. Initially you will be operating machinery, to produce high end intricate aerospace components, learning how to set multi axis CNC grinders over 1 - 2 years. Shift Rotation Days - Monday - Thursday 05:45 - 13:45 and Friday 05:45 - 10:45 Afternoon - Monday - Thursday 13:45 - 21:45 and Friday 10:45 - 15:45 Nights - Monday - Thursday 21:45 - 05:45 and Friday 15:45 - 20:45 To be considered As long as you have a background as a CNC setter/operator on either CNC milling, turning or grinding machines, working with metal components to tight tolerances then you will receive full training on multi axis CNC grinders. Your initial training is on fixed days (average 2 - 4 weeks), then moved to the rotating shift. While training you will be on £15.70 then once on rotating pattern moved up to £19. Able to accurately use micrometers, and be flexible enough to work the rotating shift pattern.
