Description

• Coordinate the CEO''s calendar, arranging meetings, travel, and appointments.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with organising and managing executive-level events and engagements.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the CEO''s office.
• Track and follow up on key tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the CEO.

Profile

A successful Senior EA to CEO should have:

• Proven experience in providing executive-level support within a business services environment.

Job Offer
