This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on and commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations at site, leading a small but capable team. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing or FMCG experience and a proactive approach to supporting business performance.In this varied and rewarding role, you''ll be responsible for producing timely and accurate management accounts, overseeing weekly and monthly reporting on costs, margins and key performance indicators, and managing cash flow forecasting and budgeting. You''ll work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight that supports strategic decisions, as well as lead year-end processes and liaise with auditors.
