Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider on a renowned contract, the Shift Leader will work a 4on 4off shift pattern, carrying out all the planned and reactive maintenance within a critical environment.The Electrically biased leader will hold a proven career history within building services maintenance, with the ability to lead a team to successfully deliver contractually required levels of service delivery.Duties:Completing logbooks and RAMSReportsAttending client meetingsLiaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.Permits to workRaise and close jobs on PDA''s as necessary.Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling / heating systems covering CRAC units.Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditionsRequirements:City and Guilds Electrical Installations Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent qualification and 18th EditionClient ManagementAbility to lead engineersBuilding Services Maintenance experiencePackage:£58,00022 Shift Days HolidayAnnual BonusPension SchemeF
