A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.The successful Primary Learning Support Assistant will have: Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilitiesExperience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behavioursLevel 2 or 3
