It holds technical site data, product and pricing information, payback calculations and feeds into important business outputs.You likely won''t know CREST already, and nobody expects you to.What matters is that you have supported or administered a complex enterprise business application and are comfortable with users, permissions, workflows, configuration, reporting and troubleshooting.
