The Position:

• This role will cover both service and commissioning of BMS / BEMS systems
• It will cover the South west which can include Chepstow, M5 Corridor, Taunton, Plymouth, Bristol areas
• The position will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, commissioning of small works and large BMS Projects
• Responsible for commissioning building management systems (BMS) such as: Trend, Cylon Siemens, Tridium

Requirements:

• We are seeking a BMS Engineer who has gained or is keen to also be commissioning
• Experienced working on-sites for PPM works, service and maintenance of building management systems (BMS)
• Have experience working on systems such as: Trend, Tridium, Cylon, Siemens etc
• A good understanding of communication protocols - BACnet, Modbus etc
• A good understanding of HVAC Plant
• Strong trouble-shooting skills
