This role is ideal for someone who wants to remain hands-on while influencing technical direction and shaping innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small development team.Design, build and maintain mobile and web applications.Act as a full-stack developer with strong front-end/UI skills.Plan and prioritise workload across multiple business streams.Build enterprise and client-facing applications using modern tools and cloud technologies.Apply DevOps methodologies and CI/CD best practices.Contribute to solution design and technical strategy.Explore and adopt emerging tech such as AI, ML and automation.
