We are looking for an MEP Project Engineer / Package Manager to join the team delivering the a major depot upgrade in London. Reporting directly to the MEP lead on the works, you will take responsibility for coordinating service diversion and enabling works required to clear the footprint for the new depot and its foundations. A key part of the role will involve managing subcontractors (once onboarded), coordinating multiple delivery interfaces, and ensuring the existing depot remains fully operational throughout the works. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the delivery of Landside Trackside enabling works at Cockfosters Depot. Managing subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in line with project requirements. Coordinating service diversions and the relocation of existing utilities and infrastructure to clear the new depot footprint.
