What will you be doing?Planning and coordinating field technician schedules, service appointments and workloads to maximise efficiency.Acting as a key point of contact for customers, trade partners and technicians, ensuring clear and timely communication.Managing changing priorities, resolving scheduling challenges and coordinating follow-up works.Reviewing technician reports, tracking outstanding actions and maintaining accurate service records.Monitoring technician performance and service KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.Supporting day-to-day administration, including reporting, purchase orders and service-related enquiries.
