The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered to our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing all aspects of the branch''s domiciliary care services.- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards, maintaining the highest quality of care.- Support in the recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.- Conduct assessments and reviews of care packages.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.- Implement and monitor care plans to meet individual client needs.- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting.- Participate in on-call duties as required.Qualifications and Experience:- Strong experience within the domiciliary care sector.- Comprehensive working knowledge of CQC regulations.- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Must be a car driver with a valid license.If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and have the required experience, we would love to hear from you.
