A forward thinking High-End Residential are looking for an assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their small but dedicated team.

The client is a well-established, small residential developer, they are keen to add an aspiring Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their team in Surrey.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a team specialising in bespoke one-off drefurbishments and one off luxury homes all throughout London and the Home Counties.

The company has an incredible pipeline of works, having secured multiple projects for this year and many more going into next year. They''re offering a permanent, stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be based in their office 5 days of the week and will be working closely with their Senior QS and a director - It''s a real opportunity to learn.

It''s also an opportunity to step into estimating - should that be of intrest.

Your day to day will largely be in line with a QS or the director you are working with, whether that be on site or in the office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Assistant QS Experience
• Construction experience
• Process driven and organised
• Good IT skills
• A valid driving license
