This agency working in luxury, hospitality and FandB is looking to build up its strategist roster. You will be advising leading brands in the luxury hospitality sector on their FandB offerings. You might be doing some of the following, depending on the client and brief: Advising on their brand and market positioning and run workshopsAdvising on food trends and cultureAdvising on operations and interior set ups to achieve the best FandB environmentSupporting business case development for new offeringsDeveloping strategies and presenting to senior clientsDevelop pricing strategies and advising on kitchen set upsCarry out market and trend analysesDemonstrate a strong understanding of brand and the luxury hospitality landscapeEither way, you have a deep interest in food and food culture and can lead a high quality conversation with a client to help them make the right strategy choices. You will work very closely with senior creative leaders on these projects, so you will have a good brain to spar with. It would be great if you have advised clients in a consultancy or agency setting before, but you could have also worked brand side doing similar work. This work can be done flexibly during the week and numbers of days commitment will vary according to the cadence of the project.
