From minor repairs to full refurbishments, your skills will help transform homes and improve living standards for our tenants and clients.Long term position £240 Per dayKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out a variety of internal and external repairs and maintenance tasks.Undertake basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and general building work.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.Identify and report additional works or safety issues as needed.Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.Maintain a tidy, professional working environment and good customer communication.RequirementsProven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role.Strong skills across several trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, decorating, plastering).Full UK driving licence and your own toolsGood attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.Commitment to delivering quality workmanship.Right to work in the UKCON123
