The firm works with a varied portfolio of clients and offers a supportive environment where you can take ownership of assignments, develop your technical experience and progress your career.Your new roleAs Audit Senior, you will manage audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with managers and partners.Your responsibilities will include:Planning and leading audit assignmentsSupervising, supporting and reviewing the work of junior team membersManaging workloads, budgets and assignment deadlinesReviewing financial statements and assessing internal controlsIdentifying audit risks and developing an appropriate testing approachLiaising directly with clients throughout the audit processHighlighting issues and recommendations to the wider management teamEnsuring work is completed accurately and in line with relevant auditing and accounting standardsSupporting the ongoing development of trainees and junior auditorsIdentifying opportunities to provide further support to clientsDepending on your experience, you may also be involved in group audits, first-year audits and assignments covering areas such as acquisitions, disposals, restructures, overseas subsidiaries and IFRS reporting.What you''ll need to succeedYou will have gained audit experience within an accountancy practice and be studying towards, or already ..... full job details .....
