Reporting directly to the Office Manager and working closely with both the Administration and Production teams, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Sales Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their career within a busy manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyManaging despatch administration and documentationRaising invoices and maintaining accurate recordsPreparing estimates and quotations for standard productsLiaising with existing customers and suppliersCommunicating with production teams regarding materials, scheduling, expediting and despatchArranging and booking courier servicesProviding administrative support and cover for other office staff when requiredUsing Sage Accounts as part of daily dutiesAssisting with material planning using CIM50 following a training period, including purchasing materials and issuing materials to the shop floorPerson SpecificationThe successful candidate will have:A good level of Mathematics and English skillsStrong computer literacy and data entry skillsExperience working with Excel spreadsheetsPrevious experience ..... full job details .....
