The successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit fabrication team, producing high-quality welded assemblies and structural components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out MIG welding Fabricate and assemble large structures to precise tolerances.Work from technical drawings and fabrication schematics.Use a variety of hand tools, cutting and grinding equipment, and workshop machinery.Perform quality checks to ensure weld integrity and dimensional accuracy.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.Support colleagues and supervisors in meeting production deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.RequirementsIdeally time-served welder/fabricator or equivalent hands-on experience in a heavy fabrication environment.Proven experience in MIG welding (experience in TIG or ARC welding is an advantage).Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Competent in fabricating large structural steelwork and heavy gauge materials.Good attention to detail, with strong quality awareness.Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a small team.Benefits 15Ph+Early Friday finishDays onlyOppo
