Due to growth in 2025, they are now expanding their team into 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full pre-construction process for logistics projectsManage bid and tender submissions, including writing, collating, and coordinating inputs from internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and manage tender programmes and pre-construction schedulesCoordinate design, commercial, planning, and construction inputs during bid stagesWork closely with Business Development to support client engagement and bid strategiesReview and challenge cost plans, risk registers, and value engineering proposalsEnsure all tender submissions are compliant, high-quality, and submitted on timePrepare, lead, and deliver client-facing tender presentations, including presenting bid submissions, proposals, and technical solutions to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholdersSupport a smooth handover from pre-construction to delivery teamsEssential Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager (or equivalent) within the logistics, industrial, or commercial construction sectorStrong experience in bid/tender management and coordinationSolid understanding of construction methodology, procurement routes, and risk managementExcellent organisational and communication skillsWhat''s on O
