Job Specification - Multi-Trader

Location: Birmingham (must be willing to travel)
Duration: Long-term opportunity
Working Hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm
Pay Rate: -25.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader for a long-term opportunity based in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be looking for consistent, ongoing work rather than short-term assignments or temporary gaps between jobs. You must be willing to travel up to one hour each way to various job locations.

The role will involve working primarily in homeowners'' properties and housing association properties, carrying out a range of maintenance and improvement works, with a strong emphasis on carpentry.

• Carrying out a variety of multi-trade duties, with a primary focus on carpentry.
• Undertaking repairs, maintenance and improvement works within residential properties.
• Working in homeowners'' properties and housing association properties.
• Completing work to a high standard, with good attention to detail.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
• Travelling to various job locations as required.

• Valid Blue CSCS Card.
• DBS check preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Competent across a range of trades, with strong carpentry skills.
• Own full set of tools and full PPE.
• Willingness to travel up to one hour each way.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
• Looking for long-term, consistent work.
