Their commitment to excellence and sustainability drives continuous improvement and expansion of their offerings.Your new role As an MandE Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of MandE projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that all financial and contractual aspects of the projects are managed efficiently, providing value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Cost Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for MandE projects.Tendering: Manage the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and prepare regular financial and progress reports.Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with MandE projects, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.Client Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Value Engineering: Propose and implement value engineering solutions to optimize project costs
