About the Role:
Empowering Learning are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the Middlesbrough area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom by supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with pupils
• Assist in planning and preparing classroom activities
• Support pupils with varying learning needs, including SEN where required
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Monitor and record student progress

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• Experience working within a school or educational setting
• A valid enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
• Must be able to provide professional references for the last 2 years
