French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

The company: An established and growing international interiors business

Main duties: Handling customer enquiries, processing orders and providing high-quality customer service across the French-speaking and wider international markets

The role:
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and website
- Support French-speaking customers and Sales Managers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide support across wider international markets when required
- Manage queries and orders within set deadlines
- Arrange courier bookings for parcels and pallets when needed

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) is essential
- Experience in customer service is required
- Previous experience in product export would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge working on a SAP system would be beneficial

The salary:
up to -30,000 per annum depending on experience
