I am looking for an Architectural Technician with strong technical skills to join a RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. This friendly and supportive team have an excellent reputation and deliver projects across the residential, retail, and healthcare sectors, always producing innovative and sustainable designs.

The successful Architectural Technician will have solid post-qualification experience and be motivated to develop and progress their career. You will be a team player, enjoy working on residential projects, and have proven proficiency in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate technical drawings in line with client specifications and project requirements
* Contribute to the development of design solutions from concept through to completion
* Work closely with architects, clients, and consultants to ensure project success
* Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards

Skills and Experience Required:
* Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
* Strong post-qualification experience within a UK-based practice
* Proven track record in residential project delivery
* Excellent technical knowledge and detailing skills
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Self-motivated, organised, and detail-focused
* Based locally to Chelmsford
